| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi Yoll, just a quick reminder for all those participating in the Kingsgrove RSL Grand final this Sat, to be there at 7.30 to register, also yes we will be running the Karaoke every sat night from now on as it has been such a success. Thanks for the comments on The Bridgeview Hotel Willoughby, it's you guy's that support the venue that make it an enjoyable night. One question? What's with all those venues canning Karaoke lately? Has anyone got any good one liners on why there show got axed? like, we only care about pokies not entertainment, or people complain the music is too loud when we are trying to watch bingo. Are people trying too charge too much for there show's, or are punters just not getting entertained enough. Ok, non karaoke operators, wat do you believe makes a good enjoyable show, were you feel you are getting your money's worth? Is it the sound? Size of the song list, music being played between singers, the host, price of drinks,etc. This would help myself and other hosts to find out exactely wat you like. Most comments in the past have been, fold backs as long as they are used properly. The mixing of every song as to provide the best sound for that person's voice. etc, This might help the culling of karaoke show's through out Sydney. Chow
