| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi All, Mic Rophone: I think what you are doing is fantastic! I was at a karaoke show a few months ago now where I sung a song and after I had finished the song I had a man come up to me and shake my hand. He had tears streaming down his face and looked very upset. I asked him if he was ok and he said I sung the song so beautifully and with such passion and asked me if I would mind singing another song, this time dedicating it to his 4 year old grandson who was dieing in Sydney's Children's Hospital of a very rare cancer. I agreed to sing a song for his grandson, so myself and a friend got up and sung 'A Whole New World'. Whilst we were up singing, I glanced into the audience and saw him with tears streaming down his face once again. This made both of us very emotional. We got through the song and he thanked us very much. We went back to that same place a month later and were told by friends of his that his grandson had died. This was very upsetting and the whole night and car trip home we were wandering what else we could do to help people like this man's grandson. That's why I think what you are putting together is such a wonderful thing. Count Me In!!
