| From the Where2sing.com forum: Catman, Alisa, Songbird & KK, Fossie Bare, and most of all Johnny B... Thanks for a GREAT night on saturday... for some reason my saturday nights at St Marys RSL just get better and better. As songbird said, she and KK dropped Johnny B and I up at the leagues club after Karaoke... DAMN these clubs that close at 1:30am JUST when the party's getting started! We had a great night just relaxing and chatting up at the leagues club, met a whole load of new people (who also happened to know my ex through work.. how embarrassing) got to see a few tricks... but I think Johnny is never gonna show me any more cos I pick most of them too easily and ruin it for him LOL Had great chat with some maori guys about music, then eventually got kicked out of the leagues club and went for coffee at maccas, then walked (and was piggy backed hehe, and no it wasn't johnny piggy backing me!) up to the train station, where johnny avoided catching the train home so we were sitting in the nice warm sunshine chatting until the pub opened and spent the rest of the morning playing pool, then johnny left and WOOHOO made his train LOL and we played on the pokies... my first time ever and we walked away with $120 each :D Finally got home after midday... PHEW what a night!!
Johnny... thanks again for being my chaperone of sorts, trailing round different venues with virtual strangers is on my 'too unsafe' list otherwise! and thanks for doing the duet with me... next time I'll remember the melody from the start LOL
