| From the Where2sing.com forum: Holidays meant a sabbatical return to a small country town, Bowraville on the mid north coast of NSW. The fortnightly Karaoke event has an audience which surpasses most city audiences, and the cultural audiences represented was terrific. What a way to bring together a local community....and many of the people I saw during the 2 weeks, I saw during the day as well...which happens rarely in the city. The enthusiasm for the competition was commendable. The locals were so friendly. As a visitor, local returned, to sing and show a different side was a great opportunity. The local host and club management were amazing drawing in the local established singers, like the Mckays and Donovans. Truly recommend to city folk who like their karaoke to expand their horizons and chase a venue in the country.
